Job Description

Columbia REA, a progressive electric utility serving Walla Walla, Columbia, and Umatilla Counties, is accepting applications for the following position in our Walla Walla office.

The Member Services Representative is responsible for assisting members in person and by telephone, receiving and providing member service information, closing and setting up new accounts, and maintaining related records and files in assigned geographical areas.  The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills in order to provide information to management and members in the most effective manner that will create goodwill between the Cooperative and its membership. In addition, they will demonstrate a professional attitude, strong oral and written communication skills, pleasant and calm personality, and computer skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook and knowledge of customer information software.  Must have organizational skills and ability to analyze and resolve problems.  Bilingual abilities are strongly preferred.

Columbia REA offers an attractive wage and benefit package which includes medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and retirement and 401K. Salary Range: $45,885-72,144 annually.
