Our Annual Meeting will be held on
THURSDAY, APRIL 23, 2026, at the
Columbia REA Walla Walla Service Center
2929 Melrose Street, Walla Walla, Wa., 99362

PLEASE NOTE:
Reservations to attend must be made by Monday, April 20 to ensure seating availability (members and immediate family only).
Please call 509-526-4041, or REGISTER BELOW by filling out the form and hitting “Submit.”.
Parking will be available in parking areas off of Melrose Street and Airport Way. Parking near the front entrance is reserved for valid handicap parking only. If you need special accommodations please arrive early for assistance.

Schedule:

3:15 p.m. Transportation departs from Burbank (Walla Walla County Fire District #5, 460 W Humorist Road, Burbank)

4:00 to 5:45 p.m. Registration and tethered balloon rides
6:00 p.m. Dinner buffet served
6:45 p.m. Meeting called to order

• Announcement of 2026 Board election results
• Unfinished business
• New business
• Announcements of the 2026 scholarship recipients
• Door-prize drawings
• Conclusion of meeting
8:30 p.m. Bus transportation departs
