Access Washington

Access Washington is the virtual business center for interactive government services. Designed as a World Wide Web portal to Washington State, Access Washington provides a coordinated view of government information and services.

Bonneville Power Administration

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) operates one of the most reliable transmission grids in the world. BPA markets electricity at cost from 31 federally owned dams, one non-federal nuclear plant, and several non-federal hydroelectric projects and wind energy generation facilities to Northwest utilities.

Columbia Snake River Irrigators Association

The Columbia-Snake River Irrigators Association (CSRIA) represents about 250,000 irrigated acres of prime row crop, vineyard, and orchard lands. The CSRIA works directly with its sister organization, the Eastern Oregon Irrigators Association, collectively bringing about 400,000 acres of irrigated lands into bountiful production.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, or FERC, is an independent agency that regulates the interstate transmission of natural gas, oil, and electricity. FERC also regulates natural gas and hydropower projects.

The National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC) is a privately-owned, non-governmental organization that provides state-of-the-art financial products and business management services to more than 1,050 electric cooperative owners across the United States.

Northwest RiverPartners

Northwest RiverPartners is a partnership of farmers, electric utilities, and large and small businesses in the Pacific Northwest, joined together to ensure that the Columbia and Snake rivers remain living, working rivers.

Public Power Council

Public Power Council (PPC) represents the Pacific Northwest’s consumer-owned utilities on important issues both within the region and in Washington, D.C. PPC focuses on BPA rate-making, revenue requirements, and policies.

USDA Rural Economic Development

Rural Development achieves its mission by helping rural individuals, communities and businesses obtain the financial and technical assistance needed to address their diverse and unique needs. Rural Development works to make sure that rural citizens can participate fully in the global economy.
