CLICK ON THE BUTTON TO CAST YOUR VOTE FOR THE COLUMBIA REA BOARD OF DIRECTORS You should have received an email and/or a paper ballot with log-in and password instructions for voting online.

In 2019 the WA State Clean Buildings bill was signed into law, expanded in 2022, and augmented in 2023. The objective is to lower costs and pollution from fossil fuel consumption in the state’s existing covered buildings, multifamily buildings, and campus district energy systems.
To streamline the reporting process for Columbia REA members with applicable buildings, Columbia REA may automatically link energy-use data from the covered building electric meter(s) directly to the EnergyStar Portfolio Manager software for benchmarking, and the building owner may review and download periodically. These building owners will need to register with Columbia REA to authorize this upload of energy-use data.
