Office Hours & Holiday Closures
We are available to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may reach us during our normal business hours:
- Monday through Thursday
- 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
After hours, a 24-hour staffed answering service will take a message which will be forwarded to the appropriate department the next business day. Outages or trouble should be reported immediately any time of the day or night. The answering service will forward that information to the Duty Officer (a Columbia REA staff member) on call.
